Tierney is the prime example I'm sure given the chance he would rather be here now but it didn't suit arsenal so he isn't. No reason we couldn't have done the same with Kyogo until we either got a replacement sorted in Jan or hold on to him until the summer

 

Goalscorers that aren't projects cost money..

Will be interesting to see how he frames it tho.. he's much more forthright this time and sent a warning shot on Sun after the game..

I'm not sure he cares that much this time if he * the board off..

He'll definitely be professional and measured tho..

 

It's all about honesty in football and everything else. I have always felt Rodgers has always been upfront with us during his spells with the club, and I am sure he will level with us honestly on what happened during the transfer window. The fact that the media and radio are now saying three of our targets refused to come to the SPL speaks volumes to me. I wonder if it was the three I had been beating the drum for. Daka, Osula and Erabi.

 

See if this window was a one off, where we didn't get in what was glaringly obvious.
Or that the main target we chased didn't get over the line (or anywhere close to it).
Or the manager hasn't previously, multiple times, stated his frustration and desires.

Then maybe folk would give this a by.

However, this is near enough a 6 month ongoing occurrence.
At some stage, those who are forever defending the club here, you got to ask why this keeps happening?

Exactly. Brondby were determined keep their player till summer...wouldn't be surprised if we go back in.
We really needed to show more balls with kyogo. I know he wanted a move but not until we signed someone. Felt we had someone up our sleeve but got priced out for now. But that xant be the excuse given. You don't sell until you know you have someone at least in contract talks

 

So, folk are still good with the 'We tried' line..

How about don't let your besr striker go before a replacement is secured? Pure * hour..

 

How much money have we made in the last 3 years? I'd love to see what the figures look like, must be well over a £100m?

What does the club do with our money?

We reinvest a tiny fraction into the playing team. Come out of every window in profit. The stadium is old; facilities average. Even the pitch is *, I was shocked at the state of it vs Young Boys. It was actually embarrassing.

So I ask again, what is the club doing with our money? They are ripping the pish out of the fans. Sick to my stomach of all of them.

 

It's well seen that you are not involved in transfer deals. It's not as simple as that.
Best striker ? Kyogo has been slowly in decline for the past two years, and been missing sitters for a long time now. It is arguable that Idah is our best striker now, and recent performances seem to bear that out.

 

He should stick pish next to his name as that's all I keep reading from his posts..

Idah is our best striker now, as Kyogo has left.. both have been patchy this season but Kyogo was a special talent most say the best since Henrik.. but aye Idah is better..

Folk lost there job after the last winter window. You think that'd be a massive wake up for everyone in the corridors of power at CP to get things in order. They do that though, means employing folk outwith their circle/echo chamber, whilst losing a bit of power and control.

Would mean moving on from a strategy that has been successful to them in Scotland.

Just too much for them to lose. Very Parochial.
