This clueless * not gone yet?

I saw an excellent post on KDS regarding Rodgers' previous league positions here after 26 games. I recommend everyone reads the following:

Forget about his ego, the lies, the arrogance, the baffling in-game decisions and team selections, the horrendous muck he calls football, the regression in every pretty much every player, the fact he walked out previously..

There's yer nail in the coffin for ANYONE who tries to defend this man.

Aye this btw, this is something we need to realise after the anger settles into a background anger and we need to focus on marching on to the next game, and rallying behind the team because that’s what we need to do in a title fight. Grumbles need to wait till summer.

Because all that’s happened here, is the impetus has swung to them and now we need to react, it’s still in our hands. But it’s also in theirs, they’re a bawhair ahead, with the wind at their back. We’re hanging in there, with a bit of cramp, waiting for the 2nd wind.

I’ll get my anger out tonight, and I’ll then put my opinion on Rodgers after today on the backburner, because he won’t go, he’s here. So we all needty focus on getting a grip and building up that head of steam and confidence for the run in.

Aye and to add to the add, because the guy got slaughtered and zero credit - David Turnbull leaving has left us much weaker.

start of this season, there was games like today where he was the difference.

Who do you reckon will finish this season with more goals in Scotland, David Turnbull or Idah?

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
Tbf I don’t disagree with taking in 2m for turnbull vs nothing in summer.

to me the problem is turnbull should have been gone 12-18 months ago and upgraded.

They took the money then Hatate got re-*. Irrespective Turnbull? Sorry, not for me mate.

    don’t rate him. At all.

Plenty had that mentality when we were chasing the DOBs down under Ange because their was signs of a decent team there - it instills belief.

There's * all to believe in with this manager and the squad as it is. Title fight or not we are a hard watch.

The last line in that post about not winning enough games v dross is so accurate.

    Take away 2 huns games

24 games. 72 points. We have taken 56 pts. So have dropped 16 pts in 24 games v teams in a fraction of our budget. On average we are dropping 2 points every 3 games against the bread and butter in this league.

Add to that a cup defeat at Kilmarnock too and it shows his style of football isn't suited to this league or us.

I know hes not been backed properly but he hasn't helped himself either. His ego and taking the huff and refusing to play players that have been signed bcoz they arent guys he wanted isn't helpful. Him and lawwell are having yet another battle of their egos and like the last time the team and the fans are the ones suffering. Both need to go

His comments after the match today as well

"I thought we were gonna get away with one"

What a * mindset to have he's off the back of 'getting away' with the last 2 games. If that Ross County game didn't shake him in to action nothing will

Either do I mate, it was a no brainer. A lot of people don’t but he was one of few scoring out the blue, and winning points for us earlier on this season. We don’t have somebody that is as reliable a goalscorer to bring off the bench now. Think it’s like 9 points his goals, like winning goals or equalising goals contributed towards.

Aw aye that man, he was hoping. Standing, watching us have zero protection for the defence, panicking really, no game management at all. Even McGregor, * McGregor panicking. Has anyone ever seen that? He done nothing except hope he gets away with it

This is the angriest and most scunnered I’ve been with us for * years, said it to @Mr. Slippyfist earlier but even more than the covid year, because that year was * from the about 7 games in.

This though, the only thing I can relate it to is WGS last season, when we had a 7 point lead, went into Jan window and only signed Flood, dropped that lead and being at Parkhead against Dundee Utd, dropping a 2 goal lead and just wanting Strachan to * off man.

That’s simply not true mate, take a look at his record. Aye his football isn’t swashbuckling but he is a * demon when it comes to hun games and that’s what we need (amongst other things) over the next few months.

I gave him massive credit for the two wins against those * but the fact we are still behind them with those wins is the giant red flag. We play 10 other teams to win the league and we look clueless how to break them down when it's our bread and butter.

We are at the point where we're relying on the Huns bottling it.

His record also suggests he’s * unbeatable and one of our greatest managers ever mate. We have done it twice this year, with Kyogo magic. The way the last one ended was alarming though, and we all saw it, and we all breathed a sigh of relief cos we got to January, and we could take a breath and make use of our financial advantage and come back stronger and rejuvenated. The Huns done better business and even technically or not, outspent us, to go full tilt for the £60m prize end of the season.

We didn’t. And like I said before, it’s not a thing people like to acknowledge but with Turnbull leaving, it seems to have left us weaker. On current evidence, I would think Turnbull has more chance of a goal than Kuhn, his deflected one or no.

We can't sack Rodgers because the people who would be sacking him deserve sacking even more than he does.

They're also the world's worst * at appointing managers. If Brendan goes we'll end up with Lawwell's nephew Larry getting the job on a 6 month basis because he owns a vape shop that turned a profit or something.

There is every possibility he beats them 4 times and still loses the league
