This is the start of something special. Never felt this way about Celtic before after today, especially with how I felt 4/5 weeks ago.

Hopefully the board have learned their lesson that penny pinching doesn't work. That superstore was rammed tonight, extra st's :50:

So who's going to be the first to start the Rodgers out campaign on TalkCeltic? My money's on venglos.

That's a rip off of the song a Hibs fan made up and put on Twitter. 0/10 for originality.

Ive not had a season ticket since those days. Have been to maybe 5 games
Max per season since. Me and my dad bought a season ticket after leaving the stadium tonight.

Not a dig in anyway or form mate i seen a few people I know myself who probably could back further than that .... There was just a really good vibe today! I'm not predicting there will be anywhere near 52 thousand season books sold like the MON days but I think it will be close....

That doesnt leave much spare tickets for general sale when you play the likes of the current buns or European football and if that is the case queuing up on a midweek at 8am in the morning for a ticket for the weekend may be back on the cards for people without a season book

The supporters really needed this. I think you can see that by the reaction to his arrival. It's about time the board showed some ambition and with this appointment they have.

There probably will be 50,000+ season tickets sold. There was over 40,000 this season and now * are going wild and as high as kites, could easily see 10,000 returning.

This feels so good, like we are invincible, we lacked such confidence and optimism since Lennon. I'm not sure if Brendan is aware how this moment is important for every Celtic fan, how this moment gave us hope, how he woke up passion that was quiet for over 2 years.

Hopefully our board will learn that fans will always back them up if they show ambition towards our great club, ambition=fans loyalty. This club is one of the most famous clubs on this planet, imagine how big it would be if we had all that money and press coverage that English sides have. We, as fans, only want this club to be where it belongs, 1st in Scotland and with best European clubs, we simply won't settle for less, and that's what our board should finally understand.

Don't pay attention to Hibs fans mate.

Seen it on a Celtic page, think it's decent :icon_mrgreen:

Can't stop watching the videos, I haven't felt a buzz like this over Celtic for years. The bit that excites me the most is his reference to Porto and Benfica in terms of what can be achieved in Europe when playing in a lesser league and on a smaller budget. What a weekend, it has got me dreaming again! :shamrock:

I wasn't even there and that buzz was different. Feel shattered now like it's taken it out of me:smiley-laughing002:

I truely believe we are in for something special, that we at least haven't seen for a few year and in term's of week to week, not just 1 off night's..

Outside CP after seeing Brendan being unveiled, waiting for him to come out and give a wave at the front door then Paul the Tim walks out and gets a cheer. Brilliant :smiley-laughing002:
