That wage bill will be less now.

We've since lost Armstrong, Roberts and Dembele.

Yes Rogic will be on an improved deal and we'll have your man from Leicster and Mulumbu added but all in all it will be lower.

Brendan Rodgers on Kris Boyd’s claims that there’s a split in the Celtic dressing room: ‘’he [Boyd] would be better suited trying to get back in the Kilmarnock team’’

I dont believe he can turn it around so i think he should go.
Your asking if i want him here for 10 in a row as if ten is a guarantee,i would love him to achieve ten but dont believe he will.
To sum up ,id like him to succeed but dont believe he will.

BR: “Always been tough games against Tommy Wright’s team and we go there looking to respond after the weekend.”

BR: “It’s very early in the season. We’re looking to go and win this competition.”

BR: “We are very unified as a club. We have set high standards but we are very much together.”

BR: “We’re not happy losing games but we’ll get back again, working hard.”

BR: “Our logic is very clear. We have a clear way of working and a clear way we want to win.”

BR: “At the moment we’re maybe short on our variety of play. But it’s my responsibility to take the team back to that.”

BR: “I told the players I’ve been so impressed with level of intensity in training. It doesn’t guarantee results but it gives you a great chance.”

BR: “I take full responsibility for our 2 defeats. I made big changes for those games. Perhaps I made too many.”

BR: “My message is I am privileged to be here. I love my work here. I love my challenges here. I’m looking forward to the next stage of the season to show our fighting qualities.”

Some fighting talk from Brendan, good to see. The team better show how * off they are tomorrow and put all these fools who want our demise back in their box. Treble down Brendan!

We have 90% off the media/opposition clubs/pundits saying Brendan should/will leave, let's not join them as Celtic fans.We have the best manager and squad in the country and will see a way through this slump.
We have the experience at playing European games during the week and then domestic games in a tough winter schedule whilst the only other team left in Europe will soon find out how tough it is and falter soon enough.

As for Hearts, their form and luck will run out soon enough.Confident we'll be back in control and on top where we belong by Xmas.

I've had a horrible feeling my stomach since Sat about this season but those comments are a bit reassuring.

Your implying a person who says they want him gone is rambling like a mad man i guess that means the person is mad but if you say it s not fair enough.

Not sure why you dont understand what i mean when i say i dont feel he can turn it around but hope im wrong.
I dont think we will win the league the way things are going and he,s seems unable to turn things around so i think he should go however as a supporter,if he stays i hope he proves me wrong,i dont want us to lose the league with him in charge just to prove a point.

In relation to who should replace him,id take lennon back.
I dont believe the board have backed Rodgers to the full and dont see any change whoever comes in,as you know its how we operate.

    ---------

Then why are we seeing the complete opposite on match-day?

Lack of movement, lack of effort, lack of intensity.

I thought the same thing. We nearly always start the way we mean to go on in games so if we kick off tomorrow and the ball goes back to the defence it'll be a long and unproductive night.

We’ll beat St Johnstone tomorrow because the players will be up for the cup and we’ll beat Aberdeen at the weekend because it’s McInnes.

We’ve had a relatively easy start in the league and we’ve been dreadful. I expect we’ll drop even more points over the next 7/8 games.

Kind of eery how similar all this is to his final Liverpool season...

Wasn't this similar to what Deila used to say? And the squad were unfit as * under him.

Does read like that tbh, however he also admitted he's made too many changes too often this season. We need consistency now to get out this slump.

This whole stoop with the team has been so frustrating this season, so much that if we do change things tommorow and give st johnstone a doon i will be buzzing.
