I agree with most of that mate, apart from the board who have been willing Dembele away for talks in France without even accepting a bid..

 

Is there any proof that this is the case though? Everything coming from Brendan seems to say the opposite.

 

I might be wrong but I thought there was numerous report's he'd spoken to Lyon with our permission..

 

French reports saying Brendan told him Brighton was a bigger club than Celtic, there's a lot of * being thrown around at the moment!

I have seen the reports, but it seems like twitter rumours.

Quotes from Celtic have been not for sale, and direct quotes from Lyon president have been about Moussa being "interested" after "getting in touch" but about how Celtic are like bulls at the negotiating table.

 

Aye there's that much * going about that I'm probably adding to it now..

 

I just want this window over, the non-stop * is * getting to everyone.

 

Can't wait to read about this * of a summer in his autobiography.

 

I could believe that if anything Rodgers has looked a bit sneaky but I'll wait see what happens remember the media make thing look the way they are not

Say rangers do take a cup and Brendan leaves he will be seen as tucking his tail and running from his protégé if huns put I a solid season. This year and Brendan has hunger then he'd stay if huns are rising and he is a celtic man like he says how can you not be hungry to put them back in their place

So......Dembele will not be sold without a replacement coming in. Clock is ticking

Terrific manager Brendan but think this summer has shown that he struggles when things start to go against him.
Hopefully once the window closes he will be able to get back to business.

Brendan had signing targets that the board failed to get (john mcginn is one example). He also said that if Dembele was sold there would have to be replacement, that does not look like happening. You could almost say Brendan is being stitched up by a board that has no ambition. There has fortunately been no rumours of Brendan leaving but im sure other managers would have said "* this" and looked elsewhere for employment.

 

It's no upto the board to have other targets it's upto congerton.... If any good hearted journalist is reading this forum next press conference gonna ask Brendan what the * is congerton doing and will his head role for letting the club down

Brendan really did handle that press conference about Demeble with class and professionalism. I wonder if Dembele might learn to conduct himself in a similar way when he grows up.
