Michu moved back to his hometown to play for his local club (think its the fourth tier in Spain ) because he was injured and done his rehabilitation there and basically has taken a season to get fit and firing again back home. Is looking to move back to a big club this summer i believe .

Don't think this has fully sunk in with me yet.. Up until about three or four days ago I really had my doubts about whether we would show this type of ambition.

We have literally went and got the best possible man for the job. Really intrigued to see what he does over the summer, and what type of side he builds. Absolutely buzzing for the new season.

 

Wonder who his first signing will be and when.

 

Possibly, but it's worth noting that Michu was never actually a Swansea player under Rodgers.

He will know the squad well from being a fan so will probably already have a good idea of what we need in terms of players in . I'm expecting some business done sooner rather than later.

I'm excited about potential signings but I'm even more excited about how he will improve our current young players. Rodgers and his coaching team will literally raise the current squad up a couple of levels.

Seriously excited about the likes of Roberts, Rogic, Griffiths, Ajer, McGregor etc next season under Rodgers.

First ive had the chance to post in here today....WELCOME TO CELTIC BRENDAN BHOY!! over the moon hes got the job this is a big change in direction for us i think. Weve kept some cash by and now were going to blow the zombies out the water. Seasons just finished and now i cant wait for it to start back. Heeeeer we go 10 in a row!!!
