I think we should try our best to avoid boycotting as this will only harm the team but if it comes to that then so be it, I would boycott too. However, we should be trying other means first e.g protest etc and boycotting should be a last resort

I see your point but I also think the board would take notice of 50,000 empty seats at a league game. That would be highly embarassing for the club.

As I've said though, I don't think that's the way to go about things.

As I have my tickets including cup games paid for I won't be boycotting but like what has been said I wouldn't blame anyone who did and if there was say a protest outside Parkhead and it wasnt during the game I would indeed attend it and I feel embarssed and disgusted about how the board have acted they will happily make money from the GB by selling the pictures of their display at 40 pound a pop disgraceful move by the club

I would prefer some kind of show of force outside the front entrance rather than a bhoycott.

The GB did bring something but it's not just down to them why we are known and respected, We will move on from all of this and still be the famous Glasgow Celtic.

I will keep going to games like I did in the 90's when we thought our club was going under.

The suits wouldn't care one jot about protests. Losing out on money because of a boycott that isn't a game on the ST, they would sit up and notice that though. They don't give a * about the fans, as long as the money is coming in, that's good enough for them. I'm absolutely disgusted the way the board have gone about this.

How many people inside Celtic Park do people think would go for a protest before or after a match?

I'm worried that the numbers wouldn't be very high. As much as I don't want to believe it I think a lot of people just don't give a * these days, kind of like society as a whole.

thank * we aren't facing administration these days...

I never like the sound of it because while I agree it is a better "display" of force, there is a history of intimidation (not from Celtic, just in general) during these kind of things against those who simply are choosing to watch their team.

I haven't explained that overly well, to be honest, but hope you get what I am meaning there.:50:

I've had that last thought a lot lately.

We would be in Cambuslang as a Newco in a flash.

Peter Lawwell cares about one thing, money. I've never been a fan of boycotting a game, but they have gone too far this time in my opinion. Some of our home attendances last year were embarassing, it didn't bother them then, why would it now.

Aye. Was never a fan of the club cashing in on that display; especially since they didn't contribute a single penny towards it.

They might as well take down the tricolour, stop playing Irish music(especially Let The People Sing, how hypocritical is tha?t) and take the Clover off our badge.
