    Anyhiw, for the rest of you lax bassas, get your Round 2 songs in.

    Remember, it is a live performance of any 80's song by your artist. The performance can have been done more recently if you like, but the original must have been firsty published in the 80's.

    Hopefully will have them all in and look to kick Round 2 off Thursday evening. :50:

    Taz I read this as round 2 could be from any decade providing it was live just :39:

    - The first round will be a 1980's round. The second will be a live round, the third will again be 80's. Thereafter, will be entirely to your choosing (unless you reach the final, in which case at least 1 more song will need to be 80's). -

    Yeah, live round, but its still on theme mate, The reason I specified it as ive is that there is always a live round at some point in the comp, in every BotB, so was just giving people a heads up that was when it would be coming this time out. :50:

    So as you know this is the obligatory live round, that happens every BotB.


    There will be another play off this round, involving 6 artists, with 3 being eliminated. This will be the last time there will be a play off in this competition.

    Oh, and to make it slightly easier, everyone will only have to rank 9 songs this time.


    • There will be 6 Groups of 3.
    • Groups A, B & C will contitute Pool 1.
    • Groups D,E & F will make up Pool 2.

    So people competing in Groups A,B & C will ONLY vote for those in Groups D,E &F, and vice versa.

    The Groups have all been placed alphabetically and then determined by random.org into the order.


    • The top 2 from each group immediately progress to Round 3.
    • The bottom ranked artist from all 6 Groups then go into a Play Off.
    • 3 will survive. 3 will be eliminated.

    Groups will be posted in my next 2 posts, as the site will not allow me to post more than 15 images in a single post.
