    Agreed, Australian prog/metal is in an amazing place at the moment.

    I'd highly recommend that you check out Twelve Foot Ninja, Plini, Helix Nebula and sleepmakeswaves. All are amazing Australian proggy bands
    If you enjoyed Karnivool I'd recommend Birds of Tokyo as the share the same vocalist. Birds of Tokyo have more of an alternative rock style

    Aw-well, think I tied my best result in a BOTB.

    Forgot about TFN, they are unreal. Never heard of Nebula will have to check them out, never quite got into Birds of Tokyo, will give them another bash since they have a new album coming out soon I think.

    Helix Nebula are an instrumental prog band similar to chon and animals as leaders. I saw them open for btbam and animals as leaders a few years ago

    Yeah birds of Tokyo have a new album coming up. The song I posted is the new single from it

    The producer and a member of the Easybeats, George Young is the brother of AC DC's Malcolm and Angus Young

    So far as song selection goes, whatever you want, so no change there. And this wil be from here on in to the final also (although the final does have a couple of extra stipulations as there are multiple songs)

    The main difference (which I was going to post when the songs were) is in regards to the voting system. Now not ranking songs, will be awarding points, with 5 points to be distributed between the 2 songs for each of the 4 QFs, and everyone is eligible to vote, except for any head to head that you are immediately involved in.
