Still waiting on a couple of outstanding votes atm people. Especially as we are at the QF stage onward think it is only fair that everyone's votes be fully counted. However, so long as ahem, the person who is still in this contest bust still is yet to submit his vote (*cough-Wicker-cough*), has voted, I will move on from there.

Am once again very appreciative of everypne's ongoing patience here.

Hope to have this all wrapped up this week, fingers crossed.

There is a sense of shame, but that is mostly from the hangover.

The reveal is upon you all...

    Be ready!!!

Sorry for the wait - it will begin shortly.

I probably should mention that the scores shown in this resluts are in reverse chronological order to the way they were recieved. In other words, those late comers that had their votes in last will have their scores shown first & vice versa.

Just so you all know, lol.

Why? Because I screwed up and couldn't be arsed going back and reentering every single set of results in the correct chronological order, lol.

That said, I did double check that all the results were awarded the points as you all indicated correctly, so there is no mistake as to the winners and the scores.

...And as soon as I get off the phone they will be coming your way!!!

    Quarter Final 1

    [IMG] V [IMG]

This was, by far, the most lopsided of the 4 match-ups, producing a final score of...

    46 - 19

    Congratulations to...

    Stevie Ray Vaughn

Cruising into the Semi-Finals, with the next opponant in his sights.

    KaW 0 0 1 2 4 - 0 3 1 3 1 - 2 1 1 (19)
    SRV 5 5 4 1 3 - 5 2 4 2 4 - 3 4 4 (46)

Which means that Kanye West (Dylan1996) has been knocked out, but of course, will still have a say in the remaining rounds, in determining the ultimate BotB II champion.

Who will face SRV in the Semis?

    Quarter Final 2

    [IMG] V [IMG]

Two Rock'n'Roll Hall of Famers went head to head here, but only one would emerge victorious.

    39 - 26

    Congratulations to...

    Bruce Springsteen

A comfortable win keeps The Boss rocking on, all the way into the Final Four!

    TW - 3 2 2 2 4 0 3 2 1 2 2 3 - 0 (26)
    BS - 2 3 3 3 1 5 2 3 4 3 3 2 - 5 (39)

Which meanss it is the end of the line for Tom Waits (Wicker), but no doubt Mr Waits, like the song goes, will be inviting people up to the house, for a bit of a consolation boozer.

What is in store for Mr Springsteen in the Semi's?

Motown has produced some truly gifted recording artists, and here 2 of the best (and as it eventuated, most tragic) were destined to face off; the Soulful Marvin and the King of Pop, Michael. Who would win?

In the end the result was, by a clear margin, in favour of one.

    42 - 23

    Congratulations to...

    Michael Jackson

Moonwalking his way, right into the Semi Finals!!!

    MJ 3 3 0 4 0 5 - 4 - 3 3 4 5 3 5 (42)
    MG 2 2 5 1 5 0 - 1 - 2 2 1 0 2 0 (23)

It was an unfortunate end for Marvin (honestly, no pun intended) as Jacko's Smooth Criminal stole the attention of the TC voters.

And just like that, BuckeyeBhoy's quest to go back to back as BotB champion ends. However he will still have a say in determining who will follow in his footsteps on the way to being crowned the winner of BotB II.

    What challenge awaits Jacko next?

This was a battle between 2 artists who have certainly enjoyed considerable success in this competition up to this point. The White Buffalo likewise picked up a win along with some consistent second place performances, but would it be enough to finally be the man to topple the Eminem train that dominated the majority of the Group stages, but then hit a bit of a speed bump last round?
