I am not going to vote but at the end of the day its not as if hes showing that t-shirt after like a Falkirk game is it. It was to annoy Rangers fans.

i think its the same world wide about the nazis stuff.....it is illegal to wear anything that praises the nazis or anything that could incite hatred....the only exception is those that go to fancy dresses but even then the fancy dress stores have to get permission to sell nazis outfits!

definitely, im not arguing with that, one is a total scumbag.

but all im saying is, you said to me, would i tell a black man to stay indoors in a * area, because you can't because of his human rights.

surely that is the same rule for a man wearing an adolf hitler t-shirt, wouldn't he have rights to go where ever he pleases with the clothes he chooses to wear.

i know it would be offensive, but it would be His beliefs.

i agree with you for the most part 100 percent, but i just feel that if you are going to bring up Human rights, then surely they rights must apply to everyone regardless.

finally i agree with you, it would be stupid, and wrong.

all im saying is, how could you possibly take a man to court for clothing, you would not win.

I dont think it had anything to do with borucs religion it was plain and simple, he did it to wind up the huns like gazza with the flute and look what that caused! I think its all part of the atmosphere, Boruc wants the huns to hate him and to become a cult figure at CP which he has and not just for his goal keeping abilities. Look at Lennon dont get me wrong lennon was a great midfielder but thats not the only reason the fans loved him its all part of the game lads and as long as it doesnt get violent and out of hand i love it! Mon the hoops!!! :50:

neither my english nor my uk law knowledge is good enough to explain the whole subject. however I can tell you some points from the case over here (it will be similar over there).

Human rights don't apply exceptionless, there are exceptions. I guess * stuff ain't allowed in uk, it's against the law, so it can't claim to be an human right anyway.

another example is freedom of speech: that human right doesn't cover everything. obvious lies (holocaust denial) and other stuff don't enjoy the protection of freedom of speech.

Had a further investigation and only ended up with some glorified KKK f^cking forum with a bunch of numbskulls commenting on their legal right to tattoo a swastika on their forehead.

    Knobwits.

taken from wikipedia "In a non-political case in August 2007, a man was warned he could be fined for wearing a t-shirt with the slogan "don't * me off, I'm running out of places to hide the bodies"

my point is that the only reason it caused controversy is bcause it was an expression of the catholic religion and it only annoyed them because they are bigoted against that particular religion and wouldn't care if it was any other religion
