    He was really bad. One the worst performances I’ve seen from a Celtic player in recent times. He couldn’t pass to a green and white jersey. Even blocks that bounce off him went to the other team every time. I think he was part bad part very unlucky.

    Willing to give him A lot more time, I don’t think that’s how he plays foot all usually. A off night he had, one as bad off nights can come.

    I get folk being apprehensive based on tonight but the levels of hyperbole are off the charts.

    He couldn’t pass to a green and white jersey? He drilled up some superb passes into the middle of the park.

    Aye he was well out of position numerous times and that’ll take precedent when critiquing him but don’t just make up lies.

    Not to go for the hyperbole in the other direction but I think he’s got a better ball inside and down the line than tierney, if there is one part of his game that Tierney could improve on is his passing. Even seen it last season when Izaguirre played that he was better at that than tierney

    He needs a chance but really think it's his positioning/type of player he was at his last club that is making other elements like passing worse. He had very little protection tonight. At one point in first half he was so out of position when the cluj player back heeled it back towards the cluj rb , boli intercepted it. From the first minute against Sarajevo it's apparent he is not a defensive minded lb.

    given this forums penchant for accepting bang average players, I'm surprised at the reaction.

    The Celtic scouting staff have spunked £3.5 million on a LB who cant defend. Great job. £3.5 million is a lot of money for us, serious questions need asking. There's no point in us having more money than the likes of Sevco if we're gonna spend it on *.
