    Celtic flop Boli Bolingoli has broken his silence after making debut for Istanbul Basaksehir in a defeat to Galatasaray.

    The left back was made an outcast in Glasgow after breaking COVID-19 rules to travel to Spain and didn't quarantine on his return, leading to him playing in a 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock.


    Celtic then sent him on loan to Basaksehir - who have an option to buy - and he made his debut as a second half sub in the 2-0 defeat to Galatasaray, who could face Rangers in the Europa League next week.



    But Bolingoli was delighted just to be back playing again.


    He said: "It was good to make my debut for the club, although it would have been better if we had won the game.

    "We lost because of a ridiculous penalty decision against us.


    For me, I feel good and I think I will get better and stronger with each match I play for Basaksehir and I know I can be successful here."

    The left back played just 29 times over the last year since joining from Rapid Vienna.

    For the level of stupidity and disrespect to the club, the fans and general society, he can go * himself.
    Don't care if he lights up the CL and is the LB of the tournament, * should never play again for us - happily take the £30mill he would be worth if he did that mind you
