Getting two games postponed will already hurt us. If either us or Aberdeen have another incident over the season we'll most likely forfeit matches

I actually thought Aberdeen should have been hammered and been given the loss. I think we've been very lucky its only postponement we are suffering.

Option 1 means he’s in a lot more bother than what he’s already in. He can’t speak to other clubs under contract without permission from the club.

He may have arranged for the trip to be leaked knowing it was his way out?

this is how fragile this whole thing is

one player spent a day in spain could have got the virys could have passed it on to the whole celtic playing squad and staff and also kilmarnock players and staff

whose to say that right at this moment our players arent harbouring the virus ? the test isnt 100% especially if the viral load in a person is low as it could be if the person had just been infected a day or 2 ago

so basically there could be many celtic players and staff already infected ofcourse that is only if bolingoli has been infected on his day trip to spain

i really hope he has told the club and authorities everywhere he went and who he had contact with so as to elimate the fear of an infection and if he was in contact with someone with virus that the authorities can contact trace it and isolate them people involved so as to stop a spread

we only just heard how 1 infected frenchman being carefree on a night in aberdeen caused the infection of hundreds and shut down the city

lets take the deaths and serious illness out of the subject matter for a minute as its clear most people who die or get serious ill have are elderly or have a quite a unhealthy immune system and are unable to fight the virus well

this is a very very highly contagious disease, aberdeen spread shows you how it can happen

to add nicola sturgeon saying this is a yellow card and basically next case is a red card

well thats a terrible way to handle this as now clubs could withhold information about infected because they cant risk a shutdown that may finish teh club off and shut the season down, awful bit of politics from her there

Possibly. he’s a black guy with blonde hair travelling from Glasgow airport. How could it not get out he went to Spain. Unless he’s just thick as *.

Do we have to pay his contract out? Or is there a case for gross misconduct?

A would make it clear in no uncertain terms he won’t be playing or training for the remainder of his contract.

Mutual termination of contract would be the best case scenario for all parties.

Personally a would let him rot in the house.

I’m going to try and be positive ..

1 - he will never play for Celtic again ...

2 - he will never play for Celtic again ...

    3 - he will never ...

    Silver linings and all that.

By the time these two games are played, we'll be playing slicker football, potentially with fans.

    Still a *

I'd like to be a fly on the wall in the dressing room and hear what the other players have had to say to him about this. Can't imagine it's gone down too well.

Hopefully get to watch a Private Pyle type scenario, with the soap bars in the socks.

He can be positive up to two weeks from his exposure to virus. Sharing personal space like a changing room, shower, handshakes, hugs is a sure fire way to spread the virus. If at any point he is positive he has likely infected team mates. IF we had that scenario then i'd call our season pretty much over before it started.

I would think it would qualify as gross misconduct since he was knowingly endangering the health of the staff and players.
