Another embarrassing episode for Scottish football, barely 2 games in and that's 2 of the top 3 clubs caught up with their players breaching rules and guidelines and no doubt countless others looking nervously over their shoulders.

It shows Scottish football in general is nowhere near professional enough and I wouldn't be surprised if the government call a halt to it after this.

It further begs the question, why the * are the players getting an extended break after the first game of the season anyway?

 

Aye but people were moaning about the players getting 4 days off. If he went Sunday to Tuesday they probably never got 4 days off but * knows

Questions need asked at why they were given 4 days off 1 game in to the season after having 4 months off. No wonder the players were heavy footed and rusty at Killie.

Players get paid a mint partly to amuse themselves away from the public eye in their lavish lifestyles and houses.

As if the media.needs any more ammo after the weekend and 10iar season.

 

The 2 negative tests don't really mean anything in this situation.
1. He could still develop COVID over the next 10/12 days.
2. He blatantly broke the quarantine rules
3. He played in a SPL game which will likely not only be seen as endangering his teamates, Celtic staff and managements health but that of the Kilmarnock players and anyone involved in transport to the game and within the stadium
4. Punt him

 

Apparently they had two days off last week. I might be wrong here but I'm sure I read somewhere if you get a test before the incubation time is up the results still accurate

 

This is why I have said in other threads, there are too many unknown quantities this season and the fight for 10 is going to be extremely challenging. everyone and everything will throw things at us, and, not to mention coronavirus, league shutdowns and lockdowns as well. The stop/start of a league campaign can and will ruin the flow. And of course idiots like bolongoli and Griffith's, who need to seriously pack their bags and get out.

I've got workers coming back from abroad and tried to see if doing tests would negate the quarantine....it matters not a *.

 

Seen many places and a guy who is normally spot on with Celtic stuff say 4 days

 

We could be in big trouble here, only saving grace is if he tests negative again although that doesn’t absolve him of his absolute stupidity.

Could genuinely get kicked out of Europe if Scottish government refuse to allow us to play.

 

This effectively means we can't play for two weeks minimum unless Celtic have a route out of this mess. Any games in that time mightb torched, most likely a European qualifier as well.

 

That's pretty worrying. If they pause it, not only will it be a right kick in the baws but it leaves the very real possibility of having to forfeit our euro tie.
