I agree but will go even farther, Crosas has actually regressed in my opinion. Not a great selling point for getting someone on loan where the point is to make them better by playing the.

I don't see why he wouldn't come here. He would get champions league football and something to play for, and of course he friend Crosas would be here. I've never understood why these players are so keen on going to the EPL, when all there playing is mid table football.

 

Very much doubt he'd come, his agent will want him playing in a big league so as to keep him in the spotlight incase it doesn't work out at Barca.

As folk have said, Crosas hasn't set the heather on fire here.

Also, how do we know he and Crosas are mates? There is 4 years age gap between them. I wasn't mates with any 16 year olds when i was 20.

 

They've both mentioned they're pretty close with each other. I wouldn't doubt that part of the story. Freddy Adu is friends with Kobe Bryant, etc... I just think you weren't friends with many 16 year olds because not many 16 year olds you knew happened to be Bojan Krkic.

 

Although he will have come through teams with Giovani at Spurs also.

Pep didn't play him that much... but come on... the guy brok Raul's record last year for most goals in a debut season. That's pretty impressive for a then-17 year old.

Bojan Krkic is set to remain at Barcelona for next season after the Spanish club opted against sending the forward out on loan, according to reports.

The gifted 18-year-old has been linked with a loan move away from Barca for next season, with Blackburn Rovers and Celtic two of a reported 20 sides said to be interested in his services.

However, it is reported that it has been decided it would be best for Bojan to stay with the UEFA Champions League holders, after manager Pep Guardiola held discussions with Barca officials.

The Spaniard broke into the Barcelona first-team in 2007 and his goals helped the club win the Copa del Rey last campaign.
