By enlarge a pretty accurate article, I would say, although a few points of sensationalism in there.

Drive up my street, I dont think you'll find any Green doors. Does that make us all huns? No! Green just isnt exactly the most popular colour for a front door of a house!

I'm 99% sure there is a Black one in Glasgow city center and I've been in a black one in Tenerife. Larkhall is not the only one and I very much doubt its black because they didnt dare paint it green!

We'll I've never noticed them. Anyway...surely the fact that your a Celtic fan living in Larkhall supports my argument that the place is nowhere near as bad as its reputation?! If I believed the reputation of Larkhall id have expected your home to have been burned down by now.

It's got alot of dickheads just like anywhere else. I was heading to the train station wearing my Celtic top and had 4 or 5 cars beeping their horns and sticking the fingers up at me. Don't wear it anymore but the place is filled with wee bams mainly singing their secterian pish and saying "*" this and that.

being someone who lives in the area a can tell you they used to get smashed every weekend until the council had to put guards over the green lights

they also went mad about the thought of there park fences been paint green and gold and if you drive past it they are now blue and orange or something like that

I can't believe there is even a debate about the * place on a Celtic forum.

Trust me, they are as pathetic as to smash green lights. They are as pathetic to get Subway signs changed and they sure as * are as pathetic to get an ASDA one changed as well.

Bear in mind the midden is infested with supporters of a football club that refused to put the name of their newest signing on the back of their top because it sounds like the name of their rivals. * pathetic.

Oh and as for the date of the article, there will be an ASDA in Larkhall within months. There was an article on the BBC website last week. We'll see what colour the sign is.

Charles Darwin would * if he found himself in Larkhall. It's the land where evolution broke down.

Its easy to find videos on youtube (one off them isnt even from Larkhall!!) and believe exaggerated stories in the papers. For the truth, go see the place for yourself. If you still believe its a hun hellhole fine, at least you've seen it for yourself. I've seen it for myself, many times and its nothing like its reputation.

The scenes in videos posted can be witnessed anywhere in Scotland!

I the other one is stonehouse which as a 2 second drive from larky and is just as bad it not so much violence but petty * like the colour green being removed from everything or shutting down the roads to go out and have a march because you won the league or an old firm game. i have personal experience of being chased by about 20 guys with my big cousin because we had celtic tops on the next week a seen one of the cretins by himself and battered him. they have a pack mentality and will only do something in groups just look most places

I agree Stonehouse is really bad, allot worse than Larkhall yet for some reason Larkhall is the one with the reputation.
