That's * easy for you to say because you're probably going to the match. What about the people all over Scotland and Ireland who can't make it for Geographic reasons? Are you quite happy for them to be left in the dark with not even any radio commentary to listen to?

Pretty selfish attitude you are displaying in that post tbh.

Yet SKY move games for them to broadcast. I don't understand this whole debate and thread, i think:

    - there should be some coverage of the game
    - not everyone can make it

Well unfortunately if you are going to have radio coverage then you have to supply it in the Glasgow area too. I can sort of understand why Celtic didn't want this game televised, they're trying to ensure it is a sell-out, but I really do think there should have been radio commentary on it.

Celtic have let a lot of their fans down on this occasion.

Indeed. Celtic fans as a whole are entitled to at least hear the game. Celtics decision not to SHOW the game is their decision and it can be understood, but as you say Marky they have let a huge amount of their fanbase down.

I'll be listening to the audio commentary on Channel 67, if nothing else.

So this won't be on TV even in Portugal???? No streams then?

its a FIFA law, games can't be shown on telly at the traditional 3 o'clock on a saturday, its to boost attendences

Sky haven't shown Celtic home games outwith Cup games, European games and Old Firm games. The whole point is so that it increases average attendances, so before you go and bash someone on the internet with your keyboard, you should probably check it out first.

Having no TV coverage for this game I can understand, but radio coverage would be good for people who can't make it to Parkhead.
