Yeah i remember reading somewhere that apparently you get a get a surge of happiness as the brain loses its oxygen or something along those lines.

I fear quite alot of things
Knowing that my close family and friends will all die one day and that my life and how i live it now will not always be like this.
Becoming paralysed and losing the ability to speak but still seeing everything around you. With your family never knowing that you can understand and listen to everything they say etc..
    Plane crash.

I think I'd feel the same way if not for my Mum and Dad. Something I just would never want them to have to experience.

Chances are you'd be dead within an hour or two. You'd lose consciousness and die shortly after.

It wouldn't be pleasant but it wouldn't be the worst way to die. Just ask to be cremated. Fear cured.

Theres loads of documentaries about being buried alive on YouTube. It's quite a common thing. Many coffins have been dug up and the lids on the inside have scratch marks from unfortunate people whom were buried alive clawing at it.

I wonder how many people are actually buried alive today. Its a lot less likely to happen today but there's bound to be some mistakes.

Anyway become an organ donor or ask to be cremated if your that scared.

Didn't see it. Sounds horrible. It must be one of the worst forms of torture.

Reason I wrote this thread was because with us working on a rig and the guys working at my work knowing a couple of the guys who died in the offshore helicopter a couple year ago they were talking about it today, as there was an emergency landing in the water from another helicopter the other day.

They all hate getting in a helicopter, and they were saying imagine the rotar blad coming off and falling to your death, imagine that seconds of absolute shock and fear. The last few seconds of your life screaming and shouting. Not even having a chance to think about your life or your family properly. That's a big fear of mine too

Always make sure plugs are off at night as well! If I any remember doing it I have to check again haha.

The thought of my dog dying frightens me. My whole family adore him. It will be a very sad time when's he goes he is quite old now.

Dementia is also a big fear my grandmother died after having it for 5/6 years last year.
