    If anyone is over the South Side you should try Bella Vita, it is class and not to expensive, would book instead of just walking in as it's usually mobbed.

    Been to Barolo bar and grill just round the corner from central station (beside Greaves sports) a good few times. Always been impressed with the food there. Good selection on the menu. Steaks, chicken and other meats as well as Italian food such as pizza and pasta. Something for everyone there.

    Also been to a few of the Sarti restaurants. Been to the Wellington Street the most. Last time I was there Gordon Smith was there. Kept glancing over at him giving him the evils. Think he knew I was a Celtic fan pretty quick. :giggle1:

    Dumpling Monkey on Dumbarton road is good for traditional Chinese food.

    There's also a small Chinese takeaway (small sit-in area) place across the road from it called Rice and Noodle (Just one noodle, it's not plural).

    You see a lot of Chinese students in both those places, a lot more options than Western style dishes (fried rice, chow mein etc...)
