Funny ,watching that game reminded me of the problems to come for us , it was round about the time of the old board and our lack of fight against the rangers revolution at the time , we had the "not the view "a fans eye view of the club and it's failures ,I know around that time I was eager to hear any bad news coming from their side of the city

They had bought player after player , each better than the last , they bought big danish player Jan bartrum , the scorer of that goal above , who was not a regular in the team , also at that time there were rumours hitting the rags that souness was telling the Catholic players not to bless themselves , and basically to kick * oot your opponents , the guy feeding that story to the press was big bartrum , souness was not a happy man he had run to the papers .
not the view following on from this had a cartoon poster on their page saying " great Dane * for sale " I had tea coming oot my nose after reading that .

Wee guy in Aberdeen end with long hair giving it constant big one until Celtic end started chanting "Meatloaf!... Meatloaf!... Meatloaf!"

If you watch the highlights you can hear it at one point, one of my fave away day banter sessions. He got ejected to a chorus of "like a bat out of *, he'll be gone when the morning comes".

In the pub before the game yesterday and a guy accidentally knocks a full pint over his mate. He just laughed it off and said "at least I've got a carry oot for the game noo, I'll just gie ma jeans a sook"

 

That is not the time for jokes Poor guy would've been honking as if he'd been drinking since Saturday plus it's a pure wind up if someone does something like that and then they get to enjoy it as well!?

 

I've not heard the Meatloaf yet but my * I really miss some of those players. Was such a good season.

 

Tannadice away the whole Celtic section chanting, "* *" to that Pernis goalkeeper, never known anyone to be so happy for the final whistle in my life!

That reminds me of another time at Tannadice, it was the last game of the season in 1999.

The Celtic crowd chanting "Bring on the pornstar!!!" about their keeper Sieb Dykstra who was on the bench. And they * brought him on with 5 minutes to go

What's a tach? Was that the Arabs marketing dept tryng to attract more women to the game? That's classic though that they brought him on after the Celtic fans singing it.

If he seen big Bobo he'd have lost all his confidence though. I'm sure he nearly broke a goal post once.

Another one was at Firhill when they brought on Pogbas brother. Guy shouts out, "is that * Pogbas brother, more like his Da"

Guy at Celtic v hamilton game infront of this season after boyata made a belter of s challenge and won the ball everyone shoutin solid big man brilliant and this guys shouts your a hero I nearly pished maself !

 

In strachans time I can't mind who we were playing shouted for * sake evander tackle him man ya shitebag * and it was nakamura evander sno was warming up
