    2006 - 2008 Boruc was possibly the best goalkeeper in the world. Out of this world against AC Milan in the last 16 if i remember right.

    Friedel was on Sports on Sunday talking about it a few months ago.

    He was all set to sign for Celtic, Celtic wanted him 100% but he couldn't secure a work permit.

    Overall I think Forster was probably the better consistent goalkeeper in his time here than Boruc was in his time here. Both goalkeepers imo at their best were genuinley two of the best in Europe.

    Don't think there is any doubt that it's between Boruc and Forster, not much between them. Gordon can certainly challenge in time.

    One big regret on the keeper front is that Broto. Came in at the tailend of the Seville season and was was superb for us. Who knows what could have happened had he stayed with us and played the following season ahead of Hedman.

    I think people are forgetting that Boruc became a complete liability.

    I was a big fan of Craig Gordon when he was at Hearts and Scotland, but id have to admit i havent watched enough games since he came here to be as fulsome as others are in praise of him so id have to say Boruc.......but by all accounts Gordon is finding the form which made him so sought after in the first place.....which is great for Celtic, and brilliant for him.

    It has to be boruc he was one of the best keepers in Europe at the time. He never hid away and he commanded his box Yeah he had a blunder in him but who doesn't.

    Forster is a suberb shot stopper but he can't command his box which is nae use.

    Gordon has been magic this season I think he will pass boruc if he keeps fit. I have to hold my hand up as at the start of the season I had real doubts about him but am glad that I was wrong.

    Overall Boruc he was more than a keeper became an icon with the whole blessing himself plus for a while he was one of the best keepers in Europe. He lost his way a bit but as do all keepers.

    Boruc was unreal at his peak.

    Gordon cannot even be considered close to either until he has been here for a couple of seasons.
