    Defo not eligble which is a shame as this guy will be the signing of the summer ! One of the brightest young players from Israel and sounds like he is going to give 120% in a celtic shirt. Should just replace Brown if it was up to me and give the captaincy to Hooiveld ! Hes a born leader, brown dont have a clue !
