Mate we had him in at 16, he played against Rangers at 16. Have we ever had a player at 16 play against Rangers? Ange gave him a pathway into the first team, he was starting to get games. He just chose Liverpool and looking at how he’s started down there, it doesn’t look like that was a wrong decision for him personally and professionally.

Nah * him. Every youngster we have on the books would leave us thinking awh sure I can always get a loan back to Celtic in the future then

 

Doubt any loan would be with us. Can't see any option to buy and at that point we are just developing someone elses player.

Thats fine if you don't have a regular reliable transfer budget but don't think it really works for us.

 

Probably because he's on 15k a week and can afford to invest in these properties now or just wants somewhere to stay with family. If he goes on loan he goes to the Championship.
