Bellamy Joins Celtic On Loan

Thats the best solution for me: Marshall;Agathe,Balde,Varga,Henchoz;McGeady, Lennon,Sutton,Thompson;Hartson,Bellamy. All players in midfield can combine some quick passes with forwards, Chris can play with Bellamy as forward when John fights for high balls, if Bellamy plays on the right side he can change positions with Aiden... Such a good player as Craig gives us so many possibilities. Great signing by MON, hope could get him on a long term basis...

I think we're all finding that Bellamy gives us loads of possibilities and isn't that a blessing, gives us a flexible approach and keeps the opposition guessing (sorry that wasn't meant to rhyme)

Blues drop Bellamy hint


Birmingham owner David Sullivan has refused to rule out the possibility of signing Craig Bellamy after his loan spell from Newcastle to Celtic.

Blues agreed a £6m fee for the Wales international but he instead opted to join Celtic, a move Sullivan does not think will bring the best out of the striker.

Sullivan said: "Why he decided not to come to us, I don't know. I would have thought playing in the best league in the world is what footballers' ambitions are about.

"One thing is for sure, he obviously believes that Celtic are a bigger club and suit him better - but they play in a poor league and are out of Europe.

"We wish him well and hope that once he's had a taste of life in the Scottish league he may decide to come and play in the Premiership with us."

Oh dear *. What an *! They play in a poor league and are out of Europe? Excuse me mate but aren't you the owner of Birmingham City?
So thats; * team in a good league and european football is what you ask Santa for every year. Do you think Birmingham would even compete for silverware in Scotland?
