Brilliant to see such a quality player sign. When I heard a few days ago about him being available I was like 'wish we had the cash for him'. Great he's on loan and here's hoping something will happen to get him here permanently at the end of the season (if he does the business, of course lol).

This is the kind of players Celtic should be going for and it's well overdue. I'm sure attendances at CP will improve with something new and exciting to see. Well done MON!

at the moment i'd go with him and sutty up front and drop hartson
he's not been scoring and he's a striker, besides i don't like the two big men up front

Yes, but don't forget Bellamy plays with BBJ with Wales so they already have a useful partnership together.

I think BBJ has gone off the boil at the moment. I would stick Bellemy up front with Sutton and maybe give Juninho a wee run for McGeady who I think needs a rest.

Also, If anyone can "control" Bellemy its MON. I can't wait to see him in the Hoops.

Time will tell...if he does too well tho he'll be priced out of our range at the end of the season...oh to be so cynical!!!

I think the deal is, we have first refusal if we want to buy him for £5m. So for instance if Spurs say, came in with a £7.5 m deal to NUFC, we gat him for £5m regardless. The only condition is obviously if CB wants to sign a permanent deal. At the end of the season if we cant afford the £5m and or CB wants to move on and or NUFC want a better loan deal (for them) then its ta ta.

If we are guaranteed Champions leaugue games next year then that will be a big factor as well as how he settles in glasgow.

I'm glad he arrived at CP in the dark. I think the view of the local metropolis has scunnered a few hopefuls in the past.

I think it will be hartson and bellamy up front and sutton in an attacking midfield position

Bellamy is an excellent loan signing; he is simply an outstanding player with pace, guile and hunger.

He was the best player at Newcastle last season, and this whole affair goes beyond Sourness, playing out of position, bad attitude (?), etc... The problems at NUFC go far deeper.

Bellamy will set the SPL alight. I firmly believe he will be the nearest thing we get to replacing the irreplaceable Saint Henrik. The hun will be bricking it come the 20th Feb.

Really don't think there's a problem with his temper. If anything he is a whinge-bag, but we're offering him a new lease of life, and I'm looking forward to the boost he give to certain player, esp BJH.

Id drop Sutty back into an attacking midfield role, I think he offers so much in that position as he gets back as well as getting forward. Stick BBJ & Bellamy up front as it wont take long for them to 'gel' due to them already playing a number of games alongside each other for Wales.

I agree. Sutty is far better playing off the front two, although up front i think he is great anyway. However we cant really change our game whilst lumbering BJH is our main forward, as he has no pace. Knock downs to Junihno or Bellamy would be idael. But Again that is leading us into the high ball game. I'm stumped!

MON will know what to do.
