Gamboa would be very useful on the counter with his speed. Would add to the already frightening speed in the team.

Barca rested a few players yesterday and got beat 2-1 at home, we're on a high but have to go in very defensive and play on the counter, we have the pace to take them on the counter.

How many players did they actually rest?

 

The paper said they rested 7 players. So not only will they be mad they'll be all fresh and energised

Agreed.I think he knows this, but he is pulling in parts from here and there.
A Wanyama type DM in January would be nice.

I'd love us to do something in this group but to behonest I couldn't care less about Europe, the aim was always to get into the champions league, bank the money so we can get a better standard of player in and grow the club and now Anything else is a bonus. I'm sure the media in Scotland will attack the team if we don't get any points but really who cares. we are in a building phase, the manager has a clear plan of who he wants to sign and how he wants us to play so we should be in a better position regarding Europe next season after 2 more transfer windows. I'm just going to back the bhoys and enjoy the football we are playing, our focus should always be on keeping those scummy bigoted inbread knuckle draggers in their place that's what I live for. Whilst giving Barca full respect, obviously, we've gotta aim high and you never know what we may come away with.

Only watched 40 minutes highlights of yesterday but think we've got another couple of levels than that. We played reasonably well but it's hard to judge against that excuse of a team!!

What was pleasing was we kept our level of concentration up other than, arguably, either side of half time. We'll need to this and more on Tuesday and who knows!!

 

id still like to see progress made 3rd or higher is what we should be aiming for
