Area itself should be safe enough mate but like anywhere in Glasgow don't go into pubs you don't know already * or wearing colours.

Keep your own counsel until you are with friends, go nuts at the game and at the Gallowgate and then settle down on the way back.

Like most places in Glasgow these places are mixed so keep passionate displays to a minimum,

I'm preaching to the choir here but still. I know you got some * advice in the other thread and I just want you to be safe.

Kellys, Heraghtys and Sweeneys on the park are all within 5mins walking distance and are all decent pubs which will have Celtic fans in them before and after the game.

What I would give to be going to this game :( hunted for tickets for the past 2 weeks and nothing(only got 40 quid and everybodys wanting 70+). Will hurt having to watch it from under my own roof knowing its only happening 15 minutes down the road haha, awk well aslong as the Bhoys do us proud :50:

You live close by mate so try the supporters bus's as they pull in for a spare. I've yet to see anyone coming off the bus's asking for over face value. Spares will be few but I'd still take that chance. Good luck.

Troops, one of my mates is in Edinburgh on holiday at the moment. Can anyone suggest the best pub to watch the Celtic game tonight? celticbars.com says Malone's might be a good shout.

Just seen that, i honestly wouldnt want to take the risk of doing that though mate :54: going in and getting nothing would be a heart breaking feeling haha, just gonna settle for watching it with the family! Maybe even keep my money to try get a spare for the Spartak game when it comes, should be a * of alot easier anyway tickets are like golddust for tonight :shamrock:

The buses would be your best option for trying to get one at face value or a little above if they have any spare and that's a big if. From what I've heard most touts are looking for 800 plus for there's
