cant see him but be on the bench v motherwell, if we're a couple of goals up then i'd expect to see Kayal & Hooper hauled off to keep them fresh for the 2 upcoming fixtures.

Looks decent. I love a striker who has a dig outside the box and seen plenty of this from him.

He seems to play quite deep which will suit linking up with Hooper or Stokes and he looks as if he has great feet and a strong left foot shot.

All in all just what we needed up front, hope he settles in well :50:

That's the road I would go down.

I would start with Hooper and Stokes up front then bring Bangura on in the second half. We'll hopefully be ahead by then.

    WOW!

Yes he can. What a wee *. Not even kicked a ball and he's putting himself in the window? Kinda sad.

Poor, poor show bangura. Absolutely nothing wrong with being ambitious but saying you,d be off in a year before you've even kicked a ball, smacks of disloyalty IMO. *dislike*

He is being honest. He didn't sign for us in the hope he'd be playing in the SPL for the rest of his career.
If he's as good as he thinks he is it's up to us to convince him to stay...

    He might change his tune.
Henrik had several chances to move
but elected to stay until the move was right
    for him.
ps change the name in the media for jello
and you have a different story
    try it.

I'm not happy with those comments but 95% of foreign players just think 'stepping stone to England' when Celtic show interest in him. They don't care about Celtic or have any real appreciation of just how big a club we are.

In some ways I'd rather see us move towards signing Scottish/Irish players and developing our own. Ok we'd get worse as a team in the short term but in the medium/long term we might actually get better and we'd know that our players actually wanted to be here.

stupid comment from the boy but at the end of the day he is right celtic are now just a stepping stone for young players to get into better leagues its all about the money and standard of football these days

see tbh, i dont even care, hooper and stokes are still our frontmen .. the way i see it, is if bangura does us a favour, then we will do him a favour :)

... meaning if he sole handedly wins us the league, then we will give him a move to one of those leagues :)

just remember, the players that come out with the same stuff usually get a move, but its usually to a middle to lower placed team in the league! .. can totally understand what he said about using us as a stepping stone, kayal and izzy said the same

After thinking about this I would wait and see this could be a fabricated story. Would not surprise me one bit they seem to be coming out with more and more of this pish because of the situation with the huns.

At least he is being honest about it. Unfortunately that is how a lot of players see our club currently. I would very much doubt if someone wants him next year as he is going to struggle to break up the Stokes/Hooper partnership
