Federer is not getting any younger and Murray is young, lean and hungry,
and I feel it in my water that this is going to be Murray's year to win Majors.

    Djokovic's 1 vote came from a Serbian.
Cilic's 1 vote came from one of our Croatian boys.

    What a shocker! :56:

In the ladies, Elena Baltacha has just been beaten with consummate ease by 7 times grand slam winner Justine Henin.

This Kunitsyn guy against Roddick is hitting some decent shots.

Some match there between Federer and Simon. Federer will have to play much better than today if he wants to retain.

Simon's always been a tough opponent for Federer. I think that's just one of those matches Federer will be glad to have out of the road.

His interview with Jim Courier was funny.

    Yeh his interview was great.

Simon's always reminded me of Murray in his style of play - keeping the ball in play as long as possible. Today was probably the most aggressive I've seen him play. Can't see past Nadal. My gut feeling is that it'll be Nadal-Djokovic like the US Open although hoping Murray pulls something out of the bag.

Federer said he's always struggled against Simon because he finds it hard to read where Simon is going to put the ball. He said it's something to do with Simon changing his racket angle at the last instant before hiting the ball. Simon's pure been playing gash recently aswell, a couple of years ago he was nearly in there with the big boys.

Murray for the Aussie Open. Watched him play earlier. Breezed through.

He really needs to get a slam under his belt though.

Andy Murray always looks impressive in the first week of a Grand Slam. Let's wait and see what he does next week when the opposition gets tougher. I still don't see him winning this tournament.
