If someone moved up to 122 with the Comrades, would they not get caught by the stewards and police? I was thinking of moving up there but if it's too much hassle i might not :54:.

Not sure if you would get caught as long as you moved up before the game started, not sure though

I sit in the 123 section of Celtic Park, I watched this young lad coming into the stadium with the drum in clear view of the stewards and police, none of them made any attempt to stop him or remove the drum.

It was only when the game started that this steward (I think he's a supervisor) went up to back of stand and started arguing with the young lads, apparently a couple of so-called Celtic fans had objected to the drum being used.

I liked the atmostphere that in generated, the young lads were singing their hearts out in support for Celtic, perhaps those who objected should head for their local libaries on match days.

Give it laddy lads, let's turn up the volume for the visit of the HUNS !!!

Does anyone know if i'll have any hassle trying to get a tri-colour into the ground on Sunday?

In the past i've always had to remove the 'stick' of the flag :38:

Never mind people going to sit in Comrades etc.. the full stadium should be singing non-stop from start to finish every game against anybody:icon_mrgreen:

Thats just for safety, you'd be very angry if your daughter got hit with a stick thrown by a scum fan wouldn't you? They have to take them off of everybody.

1, for safety reasons the drum kit should not be allowed in, and 2, i can't stand those * things, so i'm not bothered.

it's a sad reflection of how bad our atmosphere has got that we have to revert to using * drums.

when he passed the steward in the first place the steward might not have been sure if it was allowed in, so then went to check with supervisors to see if that was the case.

I don't fancy all these subgroups, personally, and I think we were all better off when we were Celtic supporters, not the Rude Comrades of the 111 Bridage or whatever they'd rather be known by.

First of all 'sub groups' are the only people creating atmosphere, the comrades have has our whole stand going for two games in a row for the first time in ages.

Second of all, they are Celtic supporters:50:

Do you not think these groups have helped improve the atmosphere?

    I didn't say that.

If people want to get together and have a sing song, be my guest, more power to you.

If you want to give yourself a daft name and adopt a "Wur pyoor Sellik'd oot wur nut mahn and yer no" attitude to other supporters, then they're missing the point considerably.

it's the stick on the flag that's banned. plus, you may have used in in strachan's days as most fans were ready to kill each other.
