Heading to Lazio needing a win with no Palma, Maeda and Hatate * knows who else. Maeda decision pathetic never a red and you can guarantee they get the pen if it was at other end. Ref ruined the game. Hatate elbowed in the Lazio game to…no red. We have been truly * over in these games.

    * disgrace of a red card that I felt, hes booted the side of Maeda's foot.

We couldn't buy a decision like that for us in Europe.

Expected nothing from this game anyway.

There's no guarantee we'd be winning if we'd invested properly but we don't even give ourselves a chance.

Our ambition now must be to see if we can scrape a win against Feyenoord in the last game to give us 4 points in the group. That'd be respectable.

Its over the top with the studs showing mate. I hate var and that the game has gone as soft, but its the same as a slide tackle from behind. Its a red.

But the fact remains, the Atletico player is facing his own goal with nowhere to go. Its a mindless tackle he doesnt need to make.

VAR didn't even look at both of those incidents iirc.

Going into a CL game with the possibility of MJ and Forrest being our wide players. :fear:

First time I've seen a block tackle given as a red card.

Not a follow through on the opposition players leg, a block tackle.

It happens every game when a full back tries to punt a ball and the wide player tries to block.

    Never a red card.

VAR can get to *. And not just games involving Celtic. The whole thing is frustrating and overly critical.

    We've been unlucky..

But the failure to add the quality needed at this level is glaring..

I am done with the Champions league, it is a hard enough competition as it is without absolutely shambolic referring performances every game and VAR picking and choosing when to get involved.

We have seen one of our players forearm smashed in the face in a game and that was not deemed worthy of the ref having a look, yet Maeda shutting a boy down and his follow through taking them into each other is. That was never a red card in any game anywhere.

Lagerbielke in the first game penalised for putting an arm across a boy something that happens every single game of football ever played at any level, penalty second yellow? However their man dives in to a tackle on Maeda from the wrong side gets none of the ball plenty of the man, goalkick?

The consistency of decision making within games is appalling. Last time out against them Scales wrestled down to the ground in the box freekick to them, a perfect opportunity for VAR to ask the official to have a look as he has made a clear error ignored.

Great to see having super Pistol Pete on their mover and shakers board is doing wonders for us getting shafted every game we play in their competition.

We are constantly getting bad decisions in Europe and still think there's a agenda going on here just like in Scotland with the larkhall mob and don't think UEFA wants us in the tournament.

We even need to start rolling about when fouled to get guys booked and sent off. The foul on Taylor and that one someone caught Kyogo with the studs on the shin if they go down rolling about it's two yellows for definite and even the one on Kyogo could have been a red.

Our players are back up within a second.

Everytime we've challenged one of their players they have went down rolling about.

    It's like us playing Livingston.

Livi will get a result one in every twenty plus games.
