Do point out the aspects of my post you disagree with, do you honestly believe Engels should be taking free kicks before Jota when evidence suggests Jota is far better at them? Do you really think 2 non penalty goals is a solid return at this point of the season given how many minutes he gets in an attacking area of the pitch? Do you think his shooting is top drawer?

Engels is really starting to look the part in majority of aspects of the game.
Excited about what this lad will become, as soon as next season.

To be fair to other posters here there are elements of his game that could improve.
Shooting is the most obvious, Engels along with Hattate regularly get into great positions but rarely hit the target.
Surprising given how good he is in penalties.

I actually think Raskin is a really good player too but theres levels and theres leagues.

I literally watched Raskin get * mauled in the centre of the pitch by Amrabat and Fred last night. It was genuine men against boys stuff.

Engels should be absolutely furious with this because Raskin is an absolute tinpot loser of a player.

Needs to show his ability on Sunday. Big day for him now.

 

I think this is a big day for him already but more so now, this is where you earn your corn as a Celtic player and Raskin has been good for them this season.

Raskin plays in a completely different position from him tbh, I don't think it was one or the other.

Probably just their coach experimenting, after the summer I wouldn't be surprised if Engels starts making a proper claim to start.

 

He needs to be right up for this from the start. It'll be hectic and no doubt the huns will try to boot us off the park so I hope he knows how to battle for everything

 

Thats actually laughable that is such a ridiculous decision. Still should give Arne a little extra motivation if needed any to show who the better player is.
