    cant for the life of me remember where bob paisley
    cut his managerial teeth before he won european
    cup about 3 times with liverpool.:rolleyes:

    That was a silver spoon job where he had overwhelming resources. He got found out later when he no longer had them. As for Bob Paisley even Liverpool fans idolise Shankly not Paisley because he built the team that Paisley took over. Again a silver spoon. Dito Gardiola. This is not the same as taking over a losing Celtic team who had their worst season in years and where the funds are likely to be poor.

    No I am not writing it off because I have not seen what is going to happen in the transfer market. I will say this though. If last seasons permanent squad faced Rangers again this season or both teams remain 90% the same then we will lose the title again. We are now at a huge disadvantage in terms of manager and we will have to make up for that by having much better transfer in and out dealings than Rangers. That may well happen and we may well still win it but we have made it a little harder on ourselves.

    Celtic park will rise again and prove that we are some of the best fans in the world. Lets get behind the lad and not slag him off when he has his lows but fight for him to ensure he has an army behind him. Good look lenny :50::icon_mrgreen:
