We'll be above them tomorrow. They have got beaten by Aberdeen, Hibs and got * lucky at Inverness. We've been beaten once this season and it was by the huns on their own smelly ground. We currently have scored more goals this season, and also last season and the season before that. We are clearly the better attacking team our defence is just *. We're better than that lot.

Listen mate, I know its a hard one to swallow, but the facts are facts about actually winning things.

    Actually winning the league....

Actually winning qualification to the Group stages of the Chamions League

Luck or no luck they won the league fair & square. They got into the CL the same way.

We didnt because we werent good enough.

We didn't lose the league because we weren't good enough, we lost it because we fell asleep for the last 10minutes on the day. Sure, if Rangers won the league last season by a fair margin let's say, 3 or 4 more points than us, then i'd quite happily admit that they are better than us. But, to be honest mate, I can't say that because they are just as bad, if not worse than us, but I respect your opinion and I can see where you are coming from, I'm just stating mine as well.

    Thats a contradiction mate.

If you ARE good enough, you DONT fall asleep for the last ten minutes.

Secondly, I dont remember the game like that. What I recall is a Celtic side being hemmed back by a bunch of youths for about the last half hour and the Celtic team nver had the footballing composure to 'play football' and go on to win the game. They played like headless chickens NOT like sleeping giants.

Agree on your last point. Forums are all about opinions. :50:

Everyone lacked concentration because they thought it was done and dusted. *, I was even phoning up some of my hun mates just to take the * because I thought the match was over. An * mistake from both Celtic and myself, but if they concentrated on that match, the flag would still be at Celtic Park. I'm still sticking with my guns and saying that we are better than Rangers :50:

Hammering on about the last game of the league last year is moot. Is Celtic a better side NOW? The answer is yes, in your opinion, but that's all it is - an opinion, your opinion. I happen to agree with your opinion, but the proof (or otherwise) will only reveal itself over the coming weeks and months - That's why the original question is so * stupid - these polls are so ridiculous, so SKY news - intellectually numbing. Mini rant over, peace :87:

Yeah and as they are salivating at the prospect of watching them play Porto on a wednesday night on the box, we will be turning it over to watch the 'Bill'.

    Sound familiar.

I would rather deal with RESULTS not subjective wishes.

Like I said Spanky - it's a pointless poll and a futile exercise. Coming here and saying so is perfectly logical - I don't expect you to understand this.

Polls play a big part in your life Spanky - you're either making one, or smoking one - you seem to get a cheap thrill out of both, funny init?
Now I know you like to showboat, but don't be under the illusion that the number of posts under any thread is a measure of your popularity - but if you get a little tingle out of it, then go ahead - shallow is, as shallow does.

To every village, its idiot - to every MB, its Spanky. Enjoy your photo.

It's not a question of is this a pointless poll , The real question is DOES BB TAKE IT UP THE * ? In my opinion the answer is without a doubt YES !

I have to be honest and say that if Thommo hadn't been sent off, IMO we would have won the game, and after getting beat by Aberdeen and Hibs we might be talking about Big * getting the sack.
McLeish has bought some right didies in his time, and I have to say that none of his new buys really impressed me against us. If Prso picks up an injury, they're up the swanny, Novo is crap. Was baffled by the sunday's papers praise of Ferguson last week, IMO he was totally anonymous. The referee cost us the game last week, Thommo should have known better, but their penalty was a shocker!
Our defence still needs sorting, but attack wise we look good. Without European football as a distraction, we should go on to win the league, IMO McLeish has always been 4 games away from the sack, the Huns are very fickle supporters, and when it comes to tactics, McLeish is completely lacking.
