Don't think a LB is urgent. Mulgrew and Matthews can both fill in.

If Izzy got injured can we not get an emergency loan as well ?

I know we can't afford to spend millions on back up players but I don't think we're at the stage where we need to apply for crisis loans either. :86:

Need about 3/4 defenders in, a DM, 2 wingers, and a proper out-and-out striker.

    Sign anyone? Of course not!

Yip this pretty much sums us up the last couple of transfer windows

On a plus note we havent sold any of our first team squad! Sad to see kayal go tbh he tried his best but he was 4th or 5th in line for a position in midfield

surely young scots is the way forward for scottish football ? i'm really quite baffled why all the young talent seems to be heading down south without us seemingly interested surely if they are good enough for the epl maybe even the championship they are good enough to be around the celtic squad

we should as we are the superpower up here know about all the young talented scots and should be looking them over and trying to get them on precontracts

our youth policy doesn't seem to work too well either these boys should be in and around the team soon as they are good enough not when they are 21/22, for me if the stay in the development squad playing other dev squads in scotland they are gonna stagnate they need to step up to pro football or semi pro

It would be the height of nonsense signing a left back , just in case Izzy gets injured next Sept/October. What type of state would a young left back be in sitting on the bench for months . By the time he gets himself up to the mark Izzy is likely to be back running up and down the wing like perpetual motion .

Hearing George Boyd might be on his way. Fee of around £2m. Ronny big admirer I'm told.

    TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY

It is fast approaching ....Ronny just apparently said in his PC that he is confident of signing players tomorrow

    who will they be

    Armstrong ? GMS ? Bakkali ? Duffy ? Guidetti?

Can we keep hold of VVD ?

I'm off tomorrow so ready to go through the ringer as per !

Guidetti won't sign tomorrow. VVD will stay. Duffy will sign and I think Armstrong and maybe GMS aswell.

The perfect scenario for me would be GMS, Armstrong and Bakkali.

    It's extremely unlikely though.

New deal for Commons and Armstrong and GMS in. That's what I'm expecting and I'll be very satisfied if it happens.
