Anthony Stokes

I wish Lenny would keep stokesy in the box where he can do some damage instead of trying to play him as a winger .

 

My faith is in the managers judgement on a game to game basis as he chooses the formations and players and if he thinks he deserves to play he will

 

Lenny is brilliant but I sometimes think he is tactically naive and could do with a wise old head in the dugout to help him .

I agree too, he's good enough to play from the start almost every week, so why change it because of that lot, him and Hooper link up so well.

 

He is a quality player but being honest he needs hooper.

 

Petulant Stokes

Starting to annoy me, everytime we get in the box and Stokes doesn't get the right ball he moans on like a 13 year old kid, I know he's a goalscorer and all goalscorers have a certain attitude where they want to be scoring goals, naturally they will be frustrated when they don't get the ball they wanted but what you do is chase it down and have a word at half time about it, you don't put your hands up and scream at your team mate while the other team carries on, done this every game virutally, needs to accept it's not 'The Stokes Show', it's about Celtic getting a positive result.

Noticed this alot recently, doesn't do anyone any good and causes potential trouble within the team.

Has anyone else noticed this?

 

Needs to stop diving, it's becoming embarrassing

 

Saved me a lot of typing there, his attitude stinks. He was as rank as the rest of them today but conducted himself as if he was hard done by. If he was half the player he thought he was...and other assorted cliches. Cannot play with anyone except hooper.

I bet he's a total * in his every day life.

 

He is nothing without Hooper. 2 games in a row without his partner and he hasnt looked like scoring. Too busy diving around trying to win penalties.

 

Needs to get his act together and stop this * diving , needs to stop moaning like a wee * had enough of that with that little fat rat Skippy .

*'s up chances trying to score a better goal than needed just stick it away ffs not all goals need to be world class.

Was he injured tonight? Because he must be wanting out now as well. The best forward so far this season and someone I thought would end up top goalscorer if played, and yet Neil Lennon risks a recovering Hooper and plays Samaras instead of our in form striker? Either he's behaving very badly behind the scenes or Neil's got me very confused.

I have no doubt that he has the makings of a top class player for us, how many goals he sets up and scores is very impressive.

I haven't seen somebody who could link up with a strike partner like he does since Larsson and Sutton.

 

Yet people still have a go at him when he has one bad game (N) Need to get right behind him if he doesnt start next week I'l be baffled
