    Had a great start to the season, I personally think he is better than Hooper. People say Stokes is greedy, but he normally tops the assist's chart, so he can't be that bad.

    He's on fire right now. Always fancy him to score every game we play at the moment. If he stays fit, he's easily getting 20+ goals this season. Just hope Lennon sticks with him in the big games. He deserves his chance at R*ngers.

    Agreed. He found the net against those feckers when at Hibs and I truly believe he's a better player now so * yeah, play him against the orcs!

    Only thing is with Hooper out, how will he link up with a new ST? (please * a new ST and not our walking L'Oreal ad)

    He's been excellent so far.

    He's got so much in his locker, it's a shame we've seen posts by some members in previous threads already writing him off in Europe. His movement, passing and shooting was tremendous yesterday.

    I am really excited about Stokes this season. Appears to be really fit and is playing fantastic football.

    For me he is the most talented footballer at the club. Great touch, great shot, has a few tricks in his locker and knows where the goal is. He is probably ahead of Hooper for the No1 start up front and if he keeps this up will be sensational this year.

    Now appears able to play a pass at the right time and not be so greedy. Great to watch.

    Yeah he did but before the one of the OF games Stokes was on red hot form and was still dropped.

    Hope he gets a fair crack this season.

    Excited to see him in Europe this season, I reckon he will rise rather than fade away for the big games. Despite his retractor's views on him.

    I'd like to see him get 90 minutes under his belt regularly rather than being the one that's taken off week in/week out.
