ill always support anyone that plays for celtic. even steven pressley got clapped and supported by myself. probably the hardest thing i have ever done as i hate that * and still do but when they pull the hoops on they deserve our support. only players ill ever moan at are the ones that dont try. not been many over years thank *....

 

Stokes was a teenager when he was playing in the EPL...and the year before he went to Sunderland he scored 16 in 16 for Falkirk..so obviously the young young lad knows how to score goals in the SPL. And since when have we ever been in for a player that Real Madrid have been in for?

He would be amazing here, best signing of the summer, something tells me Hibs wont sell him to us...

Anyone remember when Lennon and Stokes almost had to seperated on the pitch once? I like him but with Murphy and Hooper expected to sign on Monday, Sammy or MAF are def away.

Not slagging Keane as he is a good player as I don't slag Bellamy despite the fact some posts on here blame him for the Motherwell game. That season the winner at ICT, Ibrox and the hat trick at Tannadice kept us in it till the last day. It was great to see Keane here while he was.

Why are you judging players before they've even kicked a ball? All good players don't have to come with a big reputation and a big price tag. One of these players might set the Spl alight for all we know, atleast give them a chance.

 

stokes wont score in europe looking at the big picture,deff would sell maf and sammy there is no goals in that pair simple as that and rass the jury is out but get feeling lenny doesnt want him

 

We will get an indication of what is thought of Ras in mid week. I'm thinking that he is not in the plans.

 

Stokes would get you plenty of goals in the SPL, but would he get you goals against quality teams in Europe? I doubt it.

 

If we dont get goals in the SPL we wont even get into * europe to find out. Some fans need to address their priorities

 

Stokes is a goal machine. I reckon he would batter them in the SPL AND the CL because he would have a better class of player around him with us, and a much improved service from midfield to front.

 

i have said all along to try and sign stokes.. he would be a great signing and without doubt would score a ton of goals for us.. really hope we sign him..

 

Give the guys time jeez some of them hav'nt even played 90 minutes this season and already some people are complaining about the strikers, In january you can judge them on stats but right now let them get a few games under thier belt.

 

I'd rather we looked elswhere. Hooper and a big name signing up front would be ideal. Just depends if McGeady stays.

 

I would sign stokes up.
