when was the last time one of them scored more than 20 goals in a season?

and if you think we'll lose the league by 10-20 points you need your heid examined

 

we need to buy players who can score goals. fortune, samara, maloney couldnt score in a barrel of fannys. we must get rid of samaras and fortune before the window closes. stokes isnt every ones cup of tea but he should score a good few goals for us so hopefully he signs and we get another striker in to. gona be an interesting few days.

After last night's striking debacle I am more than happy for Stokes to sign as he is a proven SPL striker with a goal scoring record for Hibs and Falkirk that makes players like Samaras and Fortune blush. Bear in mind that he will get more goal scoring chances with Celtic so he could potentially beat his goal scoring exploits with Hibs last season.

If this means that Samaras and/or Fortune now leaves to finance the deal then so be it. Would be more happy to see players promoted from the youth squad, aka Forrest, than continuing to finance the wages of misfiring strikers.

 

Have you ever * WATCHED samaras or fortune try and play as a striker? bubba gump runs down one wing and gets a cross into the box and forrest gump can't get on the end of it because he's on the other wing. There have been 4 european games and 3 league games . between those two arseholes they've scored 1 goal. You actually think that's good enough?

 

Lose the league by 10-20 points, lol..... We only lost the league by 6 points last season and we are definitely better than we were last season. Before you go on about last night, one game does not automatically make the side absolutely horrible. I mean they didn't play all that bad in the first leg at home. There will probably be growing pains, but I think they still have more quality in the side and should compete for the title. Stokes will be a guy who will consistently be in the box getting his feet/head to balls from the wingers unlike our current strikers. If only we could sort out our defense properly.

i have no idea why some on here are slagging off stokes, the man is a proven goalscorer in the spl who will get us a * load of goals if he comes to us..

he was 2nd top scorer in the league last season playing for hibs, just think how many goals he would score in the spl if he came to us.. in my opinion this would be a terrific signing if we do get him.. hes a far better striker than samaras and fortune and him and hooper would be a fantastic partnership for us..

 

Well i'll tell you why some are slagging him they are of the same opinion as me he's a * donkey !!!!!
