My point isn't the actual nature of the event though, it's that he did something (regardless of whether I agree it was out of line or not) that caused the club to take action against him.

My point is that he has a list of actions that have been deemed unacceptable by the club that count against him, and that are playing a part in how he's being treated today.

This mental notion that the manager isn't playing Stokes because he "hates" him or bears some sort of despicable grudge is * nonsense.

 

What does that say for the rest of the team that he still set up the most goals last season, while apparently playing poorly, for around half the season.

Ronny hasn't a * clue which is why he ain't playing stokes,played him out of position he still produced.plays cifti and Carlton Cole ahead of him what more needs clarified

 

It says that Stokesy is a * and has absolutely no respect for the CLUB when his talents could be used on the pitch, yet he continues to alienate himself due to his life choices and childish behaviour.

 

And a poor player playing poorly outperforms pretty much anycunt else that was brought in to replace him. Apparently.

They (unlike Stokes) are Deila's signings - so rightly or wrongly, of course he should be picking them over someone he inherited.

Griffiths has been in Stokes position, and turned homself around spectacularly. Broon is club captain and a fantastic ambassador for the club - not even comparible.

 

That'd be the kind of logic that'd have Henrik on the bench under O'Neill. You play the best players at your disposal to get the best out of your team. Regardless of if you signed them or no.
