Stokes should still be in and around our first choice XI, we've got a close league to win and competition on three domestic fronts, it's madness that he's being forced out like this.

Auld is clearly in his 50's or older and clearly Scottish. Regarding Stokes he is dead on 100%. Deila is trying to force him out when we should be forcing Deila out.

I could live with it if he was the Anthony Stokes of managers but he is more like David Fernadez. Who is more valuable to Celtic Football Club? Stokes or Deila? It's clearly Stokes. He's good for 20 assists and 15 goals a season. He's twice the player of any of McGregor, Armstrong, Rogic, Cole, & Ciftci.

Perhaps people should * listen to me. I see problems like the Gudetti mess etc miles ahead of many posters. Shopping in our markets and on the cheap we will need to be lucky to find a player that gives us what Tony does i.e. 20 odd assists and goals. This mass madness of letting proven players leave and replacing them with projects or inferior SPL players has to stop. We jumped the shark along time ago with the Stokes Deila thing. How dare he drop a player who actually produces when Deila himself would * up a cup of coffee. Who the * does he think he is?

 

A case could be made for Brown or Commons but it's Griff. He is our most important player and our only real goal threat after Commons. Without him....I dont even like to think about it....shudders

 

Only he and Ronny know exactly what has gone on but don't think Stokesy has been the model professional now though has he?

With all the young players at the club maybe Ronny feels he has to make an example of Stokes.

And if that is the case, I back Ronny 100% he is more important than Stokes.

Also, I like Stokes but he's not as good as what some make out and will be shown the door in Jan. Better for all concerned.

 

Bullshit with a capital B. We can hire any aul joker to do Deilas job. Literally any football person in the world who has done his badges could not be any worse. Finding a player that gives us what Tony does is more difficult especially if we throw out the aul job bridge contract as usual.

Can't wait until we sell Stokes now.
