Fair enough, bit sad in that case that someone can be arsed to make up a random lie like that.

natural goalscorer & creater.still youngish.think he has more than one year on his contract.

surely we could get 3 million for him?championship or premiership clubs must be willing to pay that.

    Thanks for everything Tony.
Unfortunate that Ronny only sees him as a striker which he clearly isn't.

I think it is about as evident as it could be, Stokes will be allowed to leave if the appropriate bid comes in for him.

If Hooper isn't deemed good enough to start regularly in the EPL, why would Stokes be?

I'm almost certain that Celtic will be the highest level he'll play at in his career.

    This.

Good luck to him wherever he goes. Although HITC is probably the worst 'source' out there, I reckon they're probably right on this. You can tell that he's not really in Ronny's plans.

As a youth player and servant of the club he should be training with us until he finds a new club :50:

It's better for everyone that he leaves as he needs to be playing football at his age. Depending on how much we want, Lennon may take him as he saved his job before.

he was excellent alongside Hooper, but he's been frustrating the past while, and hasn't performed in Europe.

Wish him the best, solid player overall.

Don't really rate him, never have (apart from that season obv, but we aren't playing 2 up front anymore). Far too greedy and tries to take it past one to many I've always thought. Better than most with his feet though.

hooper was a regular starter in the premiership in his first season at norwich when fit.he was there top scorer that year, despite being injured most of it.

i didnt say stokes had to be a starter, surely he would be a good sqaud player for teams in the bottom half of the prem.surely theres worse than stokes.he started games with sunderland in the prem at only 20 years old.

True, but he didn't cut it at Sunderland. Can't see a prem club coming in for him and his fee won't be anywhere near £3million, half that and we'd be doing well.
