Can't believe Ralston is getting stick, he was passionate and held his own against the most expensive diver in history.
At 18 year old in only his 5th start I say that he did fantastic, can't wait to see how he develops over the coming years.

The guy showed some fight. Id accept a red card. Ofcourse he could play like armstrong did. Has anyone even mentioned him? Nope. Was invisible and showed zero fight.

The only way we can compete is be we dirty hard * and kick the * off the park.

    That is true.
I think Ralston is rapidly becoming one of my favorite Celtic players now. He's got * in him and the jersey obviously means a lot to him. And Brenden rates him very highly, that is good enough for me.

Tackle got a reaction and he jeered the crowd up a bit, but it sums up our night that something like that is being celebrated.

Overall, he done a decent enough job all things considered.

Apart from brown he was the only one to show any kind of desire, if he can hold his own at this stage at 18 years only then it only bodes well for the future.
He's one of our own whos living the dream and he's getting slaughtered off his own fans. Shameful.

I know he's 18. I know he supports Celtic and came through the youth system and people love that.

But how the * did he do fantastic? I think people aren't judging his performance but just like having "one of our own", which is fine, but there's no point pretending he played a big performance last night.

David Marshall against Barcelona was a massive performance from an inexperienced young player. Darren O'Dea against AC Milan was a big performance from an inexperienced youngster. Ralston last night wasn't that.

I thought that he did fantastic when you take everything into consideration.
He's 18 years old, his 5th start, first game in the champions league and up arguably the best winger on the planet.
He gave away the first goal but you need to remember that PSG pumped Barca 4-0 a few months ago up against top quality internationals.
All things considered I thought coped fantastically well.

I don't think anycunts saying it was an unreal performance, just that he did well for an 18 year old getting flung in against the words most expensive player.

    * look at the difference between sticking him in against Neymar and when we stuck a new right back against him last season, * set up 4 as well as being on the score sheet.

He got done once when Neymar scored and I don't even think he done anything too bad there, ball and run were both superb. He cleared one off the line, he showed desire getting forward, he covered very well when others were going out of position.

The amount of times he tucked in at the back post to clear threats was excellent, something that Tierney never really done on the other side btw (it's where Mbappe's and Cavani's 2nd came from)

People need to actually look at his defensive performance, instead of trying to stick the boot into an 18 year old bhoy who came into the team in a makeshift defence. He can be very happy with himself.

Bingo, I could almost be certain that Darnell Fisher could've put the same performance if Lennon was forced to play youth at the back against the likes of Milan back in 2013.

    Bollocks.

We weren't getting near them last night, we didn't do nearly enough of that sort of thing.

He didn't get sent off though. We didn't get near them last night.

Good on him for sticking the boot in, if only a few more of our players had got close enough to do that and not stood back admiring them we might not have got pumped.

Place is full of * snowflakes man, it's a contact * sport.

Reminded me a bit of when broony hammered tavernier last season in the 2-1 game (albeit totally different circumstances). For 20 mins we were utter *, and then broony crunched tavernier which folk said was a stupid tackle, however it was after that we sparked into life.

It's sparks a reaction from the crowd, and other players on the park, just a shame a few others didn't get stuck in about them last night.
