    They sold us
    Ntcham 4.5m
Fimpong 1m plus 30% sell on
    Boyata 1.5m
Roberts loan fee and had the opportunity to sell to us
Ange probably gave Marinos a fee too, although City group only own 20% of them, Nissan own 80%.

Won’t get a mention but our ‘tactical fouls’ were on * point today.

The amount of breaks we stopped before they even got started in our final third was outstanding.

Mental where we are after losing 3 away games in a row at the start of the season. Rebuild is still currently in progress too. But losing them 3 was understandable in hindsight, how we have not lost one since is truly exceptional. Well done Ange.

None that I'm aware of, game hasn't even been mentioned on the mainstream news websites. Typical Aus media :thumbsdow

No 'told you so's' required, because supporter's hesitance or reluctance when Ange was appointed was mostly understandable, as nobody had a clue who the guy was. But you're probably starting to get an idea of why a bunch of Aussies even followed Ange here in the first place: we knew that he was a special manager. Everything about his career up to this point had supported that, regardless of where it had taken place.

People always seemed to look at Ange's achievements, whether it be taking the worst club in the A-League and setting records for unbeaten runs on the way to two titles, winning the Asian Cup with Australia for the first and only time, or taking a mid-table J-League team and winning the title for the first time in 15 years, and said, "well, it's only Australia" or "it's only Asia" or "only Japan", when what they should have been considering is that there probably aren't too many managers who could have achieved that level of sustained success with the resources he had at hand.

His job at Celtic has only reinforced that. How many managers would have come into the shitshow from last season, practically having to build an entirely new team, one RB for the start of the season, high profile players leaving, no backroom staff with him, supposedly a rebuilding season, and yet be in with a better than fighting chance of a treble at this stage? Eddie Howe? He'd probably still be fretting about bringing in all of his 30 man backroom team. Gerrard? One trophy in how many years?

It's kind of ironic and fitting that Celtic were the European club to take the chance on Ange, because just as you guys are used to hearing, "bah, it's only Scotland, farmers league, League Two standard" etc. Ange has had a career of his achievements being similarly downplayed and disregarded. The perfect fit and long may it continue.

Really impressed with how he has grown as a manager since he left our shores.

He has been criticized for being inflexible, stubborn and lacking defensively in the past but as we saw yesterday that is no longer the case.

As good as Postecoglou has been for Celtic, Celtic has been good for Ange. I think on reflection his European experiences where Celtic deserved more against Leverkusen and Betis were good learning experiences and exposure for him.

    we have not gone anywhere.
This is one of the greatest sporting achievements by an aussie in my 61 years, he wont get enough recognition for it in Australia which will be disappointing. You guys are lucky to have him and good luck to you all

Didn't mention it earlier, but this is probably the first game against them where we've went behind and I've not panicked.

Even against the other teams in the SPFL I usually get jittery when we concede, whether to go 1 down or equalize, but this time I was calm, had full trust in the team to claw their way back, and they did.
