The main worry people have is those two being forced upon him.

If Ange genuinely wants them then fair enough, it's not something I agree with and I think both should be long gone but it's his choice. With our board, there's a real chance he's not really had a say and they've been forced upon him. If Kennedy even done half a decent job last season he would have 100% been our next manager, he's clearly a favourite.

 

As I’ve said in this very thread already before. Ange would see two young coaches, one under 40 and one just over 40, and would likely rather develop them into better coaches. I said this several weeks ago, as someone who has been following his career for over 20 years and knowing how he usually operates.

If the Aussie believe that Ange thinks he can make it work with these people & they haven't been pushed on him. Please go & watch any game with Ralston. Not saying its thr only reason but Lennon not getting his own people never helped him.

In his interview a few days ago he literally says positions needs to filled up. Be angry about the decision about JK and Strachan, but don’t be untruthful.

Yep, I called this out several weeks ago that Ange is likely going to keep the pair. Even if Ange wanted to bring in his own back room staff (from Australia for eg),that process alone would be a pain in the * because of covid restrictions.

I really don’t know why people are acting all shocked, Ange was transparent about this from the beginning and many of the Aussie guys in here, including myself, said the same thing.
