Love when big ange fired back at the reporter asking about him handling the jump to celtic.

Shut that * right up with his reply.

Looks like he won't be taken the media's *.

Speaks very well, good positive answers and not taking any * either. Have a feeling we’ll be in for a rollercoaster this season. If he gets us playing the relentless attacking style can see us pummelling teams in the league - only concern would be how we’d set up for bigger games that need to be treated more conservatively.

'Ange, you have a history of developing young players, is that something you want to do here?'

    * *. Some of these questions are absolutely *.

The look of disgust on bankier face when McKay was questioned about the disconnect between club and support.

Impressed with the big guy, talks a good game and answers back to the press quite well. Hopefully his football is just as good

I'd say before the first cl game we will see "Gavin Strachan has left Celtic by mutual consent......."..

We do have a scouting department. Just because it’s not very public and shouted about, doesn’t mean it’s there and tee definitely do have a scouting department and data analysts and so on.

The academy, well of Bayern come in for players or EPL teams do there is a good chance they’re off. Even Rangers couldn’t keep Billy Gilmour, it happens. We take players from other academies as well, just part of the game.

We do need to get youngsters first team ready though and we do need to make signings ASAP but I’m confident with Ange, love everything he has to say and excited about the future.

Really enjoy listening to Ange talk. There is a real authority and honesty about what he says. Acknowledging that there was grumblings about him getting the job but hopes his team and style will win us over and also a subtle little nudge to the board about getting players in “yesterday”.

If he can walk the walk as well as he talks the talk then we are in good hands.

"The way to get my teams to play the way I want them to play is challenging and usually requires a major shift in either players or staff" was an interesting point.

I hope he's got assurances on both.

Dom McKay: “I’m delighted to be welcoming Ange to Celtic. Securing Ange is a huge coup for this club and having spent a number of weeks getting to know Ange, I’m hugely impressed by his style and philosophy. We have a real winner in Ange

Ange Postecoglou: “I’m equally humbled and excited about the responsibility given to me as the manager of Celtic Football Club.”

Ange Postecoglou: “It’s something I dreamt about years ago - being over here and managing in Europe. To be given the opportunity to manage a huge club is one I’m really looking forward to.

Ange Postecoglou: “If I didn’t want pressure, I would probably be in a different occupation. I’m here because this is where I want to be, it’s where I want to coach.

Ange Postecoglou: “I want my team to play football everyone talks about. If we do that we’ll be well on our way to success.

Dom McKay: “We want to make sure we have the right model. The manager needs to have the right team around him and that’s what we’re motivated to do. Both at the Academy and players coming from overseas.”

Ange Postecoglou: “I gather that there was a mixed response when I was announced. What I do know is 100% of Celtic supporters will want me to be successful because there’s nothing more important to the fans.”

Ange Postecoglou: “I can’t wait to see the fans back in here and my role is to try provide a club they are proud of and look forward to watching. If I can achieve those things, success follows that and hopefully I’ll honour the role.”

Dom Mckay seems a bit smoke & mirrors. We've all come across them at work. Sound amazing but not a lot of genuine substance.

We have one of them at my work. He's the Operational Manager for Europe at the gas company I work for and we call him the used car salesman. Tells you everything you want to hear but rarely follows it up.

Managed to get himself into the second highest role within the company by talking utter gash.
