    Would he though...

He's been an international manager, just established himself in Europe with an excellent pedigree..

    Can't see it.

He seemed a bit over being an international manag but then again, Spurs, are enough to depress anyone

Hope not. They would hammer teams with him in charge. Going to be Potter anyway that won't handle the pressure and all the ego's.

Canny really compare it with managing Australia.

I think he’d love all the hype and the attention that goes with the job.

If ange ended up England manager they would have much more potential to win sowmthjbt. Ange loves to win things and not many things are bigger than a world cup

No chance he ditches Spurs for an international team, he’s been wanting the chance to manage in the EPL for years.

He's a passionate Australian though.. so that's done for him..

The hype is poisonous with that mob though, just don't see it as a fit at all...

I don’t think he’d accept an offer for England manager because he’ll feel he hasn’t yet proven what he can do fully in the Premiership, yes he started on fire and got the hype and plaudits but it fell away a lot and the project he’s took on not complete.

And the way he exploded at the attitude Spurs have last season, I think he’ll be approaching this one with a vigour unseen before. He knows if he goes and accepts the England job, he doesn’t have the day in, day out stuff for one and two he’s left before he’s proven outwith a short spell just what a manager he is in that league.

He won’t take it yet, but think if he feels his vision isn’t backed (doesn’t feel like he does just interviews and Spurs transfer business) then he’d be off in an instant.

Or else I desperately hope that, him at England I fully believe they win trophies. The attacking talent they have, under his style, there’s few that’d stand up to it.

Don’t think he vibes with Spurs fans style either. Judging by the end of the season, and him going off his * at a fan in the crowd.

Actually makes me happy that the time he had here and the bond between him, that team and the fans wasn’t artificial in the slightest… it was a perfect fit. And seeing stuff like him with Spurs fans and a losing mentality last year, and not understanding the mindset their fans have - think it just puts that wee gripe that maybe it wasn’t what I bought into away. Almost perfect fit, the league was the one thing that wasn’t.

I think he misses it here though

    Christ please don't Ange.

It's a job he would bet himself to succeed at for sure, the players at his disposal there and his style they would basically Dutch the * out of it ala 88.

Which is gonna mean me being happy that Ange is doing well, but hate that he will make England win something, which in turn will turn me off Ange for doing such a nasty deed.

As for those saying he has eyes on bigger club jobs, he's the sort who will back himself to win something with England, knowing he will have the pick or any job in the world after that.

I think the same but dunno if I’m clutching at straws - he’ll fully believe in his ability that he could take that team and win a world cup.

Unfortunately for me, I also believe he would. With the players they have just now, it’s perfectly suited to him. Funny it’s between him and Eddie Howe though int it. 3 years ago, same situation but linked with us. They’ve both had some 3 years since, both cracking managers but Ange is a cut above. Genuinely think he’s close to the level of the likes of Klopp, and he’ll want to show that down there in the league hopefully.

He's the complete opposite to Southgate in every measurable way so no danger the FA approach him. He walked out on his own nation before a world cup because of unwanted bureacracy - English FA would be another level to that altogether.

Ange becoming the England manager? Well *, it'll actually be coming home :56:

However I'm 100% certain he's staying in club football. So it's not.

That’s a great point infact, one that might stop an offer ever being on the table for him.

I'd be very surprised and the amount of little Englanders wanting an Englishman or Jürgen Klopp only will also stop them deviating from the norm too much tbh.
