He’s moved on, so have we.

Other than using his success as a benchmark, we need to stop looking back.

Results like Saturday happened under Ange too. St Mirren away just last season as an example.

Hasn’t been an ideal start but let’s back BR to use his vast experience of the game to turn things around quickly.

That annoys me more than it ought to.

As you say it was probably too good of opportunity to turn do, I don't think it means he didn't appreciate us or even that he necessarily wanted to leave so soon, but at same time he was happy for his agent to explore what options he had while he gets on with managing us. It also does fit with his personality and general philosophy of not getting too attached to players etc

Realistically it would have been too good to turn down for some previous managers. O'Neil for example very much entertained the Leeds job and essentially agreed to take it until he signed a new deal with us. It's probably not a coincidence that it became clear they were more skint than us

Even McNeil left us for second division man city after we sold Charlie Nicholas, and because he wanted paid more, you could argue that was more a emotional decision, but it will boils down to money

Don't let it......For a so called nothing league up here...they don't half take our players/managers and chants.

English football may have the talent but they have absolute * all in the stands.

Small sample size of just 2 games, but it seems like Ange is transforming Tottenham.

They've took to him surprisingly quick. As bitter as I felt at the time, I hope he smashes it. They need a decent striker though.

He's annoyingly very easy to take to.

I'm not surprised their lot have taken to him so quickly.

I maintain my opinion that he has easily always been one the most charismatic managers in the game, in that there is just this aura about him that takes you in and just listen to him.

He won't win silverware this season with Spurs but this season alone I reckon he will have the EPL eating out the palm of his hand

Just hope he's not daft enough to end up at Chelsea if things go well this season

With a top CF they would have scored 5 today easy.

Watched the game and you can see exactly what we are going to miss

They’ve taken to him quick, but they will drop him quicker after a couple of bad results.

He’s smashing it so far. As expected.
