    Listening back to a few of ange’s interviews regarding his mindset on coaching players or things he says to motivate. I just cannot see his style working with players who feel they’ve already ‘made it’ by being players within that premier league and him coming from a league like ours. Also surely he’s looked at targets for us for the last few months. Now with spurs it’s a completely different financial market he’ll be in. Surely you can’t find a squad he wants over the summer, that looks as in depth at players as he said he did with our signings regarding personality and mentality. Can’t see any form of success happening for him unfortunately.
    Think this will be a huge regret for him come next season

    Do you no think the board would be aware of Anges position before Saturday mate. I'm pretty sure with all the speculation that was going on the board will have known what Ange intended doing.

    No, give or take a day or two I think they are pretty much in the same boat as us. They won't be oblivious to the speculation and his wavering and they can read between the lines, same as us. But I think they've only known he actually wanted to leave in the last couple of days.

    The more success he had with us the more he would've been aware of other clubs interest, i think the first decent offer and he was always gone, there never was any long term plan or legacy, that's just patter to drip feed to supporters to keep us sweet.

    If he knew he was going a while ago, he'd have had time to source potential targets given the funds he expects to have.

    He'll be able to strip the squad & rebuild quickly, he's got talent there. Kane will leave I expect.

    He's got a fair chance of turning Spurs around if he's backed up. That in itself will open doors, he could easily be managing Man City/Utd Liverpool, Arsenal etc by the time his 2 Yr contract comes to an end.

    Sneaky wee * though.

    I genuinely think this spurs interest has only raised its head over the last couple of weeks, so whether he kept the board informed or not,* knows. But it definitely made his interviews on the lead up to Saturday difficult.
